Solve Game Prep

Solve Game Prep is hands-on practice for the McKinsey Solve game — original Red Rock, Sea Wolf, and Sustainable Futures Lab exercises where you make the decisions yourself, then learn what to improve.

Practice the McKinsey Solve game before it practices you. Solve Game Prep offers free guides, worked examples, and hands-on practice for all three Solve formats: Red Rock (turn evidence into a calculated answer), Sea Wolf (test a combination against every site rule), and Sustainable Futures Lab (rank competing priorities and defend the trade-off). Interactive practice runs on the Road to Offer platform — free to start, no credit card. Independent preparation; not affiliated with or endorsed by McKinsey & Company.
