TriviaFlow

TriviaFlow is a ready-to-use trivia hosting platform that helps you get an event live in minutes.

No endless preparation and no wrestling with PowerPoint. Create your trivia, choose a ready-made question pack, share a QR code, and start running a complete event.

I built TriviaFlow after hosting trivia events myself and realising how much time gets lost on the repetitive parts: writing questions, formatting slides, managing teams, and correcting scoring mistakes. Most hosts just want a reliable way to move from an idea to game time without the heavy workload.

Players can join instantly from their phones, submit answers, and follow the game live. Hosts can manage teams, review answers, track scores, and control the event from one place. TriviaFlow also supports traditional pen-and-paper events for hosts who prefer a more classic format.

It works well for:

• pubs looking to increase midweek trade

• community groups running fundraisers

• independent trivia hosts working on tight turnarounds

• workplaces organising fast, engaging team activities

At its core, TriviaFlow helps you deliver a fun, polished trivia experience that feels like it took hours to prepare, without actually spending hours on it.

It is built to make hosting smoother, scoring more dependable, and the overall experience better for both hosts and players.

Thanks for checking out TriviaFlow. I would love to hear your feedback!
