ReactCANBAN, a real-time collaborative Kanban board featuring live synchronization, presence indicators, conflict resolution, audit trails, and instant task updates using a modern full-stack architecture.
The project was built to explore scalable real-time systems, WebSockets, optimistic UI patterns, and low-latency collaboration similar to tools like Linear and Jira.
It's currently a side project that I'm building to experiment with modern engineering patterns and showcase my approach to designing production-quality applications.
