Ins Autopilot

What is Ins Autopilot?

Ins Autopilot is a Chrome browser extension designed for Instagram outreach, relationship management, and account cleanup. It operates directly within your existing, signed-in Instagram web session rather than requiring login credentials or running as a separate cloud-based CRM. Users can identify potential contacts from followers, commenters, and likers, then manage conversations without switching tabs.

The tool addresses the difficulty of keeping track of conversations, follow-up history, and context on Instagram. Instead of tracking outreach across external spreadsheets or dealing with disconnected messaging windows, it provides a local workspace to log interaction notes, review delivery histories, and automate repetitive actions.

Its approach prioritizes local browser control and transparent delivery verification. Relationship records stay inside your local browser storage rather than a shared external database. Actions are verified before being marked successful, and automated sequences pause if a recipient replies or if an outcome is uncertain.

Who is it for?

Ins Autopilot is built for individuals and small teams conducting direct messaging campaigns and relationship building on Instagram.

• Solo creators looking to reply to post comments and maintain organized notes on their engaged followers.
• Freelancers and agency operators reaching out to targeted prospects found in competitor or niche account comment sections.
• E-commerce founders seeking to track customer relationships and link clicks without handing over account passwords.
• Social media managers who need to clean up old reposts and manage up to three Instagram profiles from a single setup.

Key features

• In-Browser Outreach: Executes direct and bulk DM tasks directly from your active Instagram browser session without requesting your account password.
• Stop-on-Reply Sequences: Sets up automated follow-up messages that halt as soon as a response from the recipient is detected.
• Local Relationship Records: Stores custom contact notes, message histories, and next steps locally in your browser instead of an external database.
• AI Draft Assistance: Generates personalized message drafts using your own third-party AI provider API key, keeping API credentials in the browser.
• Safe List Protection: Protects selected profiles and contacts from accidental unfollow actions during audience management.
• Repost Cleanup: Scans your activity history to review and confirm batch removals of old reposts up to daily verified caps.
• Link Tracking: Embeds trackable links within outreach messages to record delivery outcomes and recipient clicks.

Use cases

A boutique agency identifies active commenters on relevant industry profiles, organizes them into a review queue, and sends personalized introductory messages with pacing controls.

An online educator tracks conversations with prospective students, saving private notes on specific questions asked and reviewing whether past links were opened.

A business owner needs to prune old reposts from their Instagram profile, utilizing the cleanup tool to review flagged content in batches and verify removals daily.
