Kith

Kith is an AI clinical workspace built for therapists, especially independent practices in India and the UK, that turns sessions into structured notes without the after-hours writing.

For in-person sessions, Kith listens ambiently through your device mic, no separate recording app or button to press. For online sessions, a notetaker bot joins your Google Meet call directly. Either way, the transcript runs through a two-layer AI pipeline (Haiku compress, then Sonnet structure) that produces a SOAP note, key points, a session summary, homework, and a next-session plan.

Recording consent and AI-processing consent are tracked as two separate, server-side gates, not one blanket checkbox, because a patient agreeing to be recorded isn't the same as agreeing to AI processing.

Kith also handles the basics around notes: conflict-checked scheduling with auto-created Google Meet links, patient records imported from an existing CSV or Excel file, and PDF export for any session note. Data is protected with DPDP-2023-aligned field encryption and per-therapist row-level security.

Kith is free to start, no card required. Paid plans aren't live yet, so free is the only option today.
