Vibe code as a team.

PAPI is a shared project board that runs inside your AI coding tool. Your team's plans, task handoffs, builds, reviews, and releases stay in one place, whether people work in Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, Lovable, Bolt, or Replit. It connects through standard MCP clients, so there is nothing extra to install.
The board shows live progress across everyone on the team, even when each person works in a different AI environment. It updates as tasks move, so nobody writes status reports. Two people can take separate tasks in different editors and see PR readiness and dependencies on the same board. The Team plan adds shared task pools, custom roles, and API export.
Each cycle runs in five phases: orient, plan, build, review, release. Every task gets a build handoff with its in-scope work, scope boundaries, acceptance criteria, and predicted blockers. Whoever picks up the task, human or AI, starts from the same brief.
Builds are checked against the acceptance criteria, the team's recorded conventions, and unit tests before a pull request merges. Review is a required step, not a habit someone might skip.
Architectural decisions, dead ends, and discovered bugs are logged automatically and carried into future planning. Tech leads can set architectural guardrails, such as dependency rules and privacy constraints, that every AI tool on the team tests against during review. Engineering leads get an auditable record of what changed, why, and what the AI assistants did.
PAPI never stores your source code. It keeps only task briefs, decisions, and build reports. The Free plan is €0 with no card, up to 3 projects, and includes cycles, planning, handoffs, review, and release.
