Confab

Most 1:1 tools are built around the meeting. Confab is built around you.

The real work of managing a team doesn't happen in scheduled reviews. It happens in the quick Slack message, the hallway conversation, the thing you meant to bring up last week but completely forgot. By the time your 1:1 rolls around, that context is scattered across Notion, your notes app, and whatever you can dig out of your memory in the five minutes before the call.

Confab gives you one place to put all of it. Capture notes as things happen, build up talking points naturally, and walk into every meeting actually prepared. No more scrambling. No more "I know I had something to bring up."

Built by a manager who got tired of duct-taping tools together, Confab is designed around how small-team management really works. Not rigid performance cycles or enterprise org charts, just a calm, organized way to stay on top of your people and your conversations.

What you get:

Everything in one place. Notes, 1:1s, check-ins, and reviews all connected so nothing falls through the cracks.

AI that does the heavy lifting. Get insights and talking points surfaced automatically instead of re-reading old notes before every meeting.

No enterprise baggage. Simple, focused, and actually enjoyable to use.

If you manage a small team and feel like you're constantly one step behind, Confab was built for you.
