PidgyAI

Pidgy is the AI follow-up assistant for email. It shows who is waiting on you and who you are waiting on, and drafts the reply in your voice. Works with Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox.Pidgy is an AI follow-up assistant for professionals whose client work runs through email: accountants, lawyers, agencies and anyone else who is paid to keep their word.

An inbox is a chronologically sorted list of unstructured text. It sorts by time, not by who owes what. That hides two things. The first is work: the requests, deadlines and promises buried inside threads. The second is silence: the client who never answered your question, and the colleague still waiting on the document you said you would send on Friday. Pidgy sees both.

Connect your mailbox and Pidgy reads your last 500 emails in about five minutes. You get two lists: who is waiting on you, and who you are waiting on. Each item shows the person, what was asked or promised, and how long it has been open. From then on, Pidgy processes new mail in the background. There is nothing to set up, no rules to write and no labels to maintain.

What Pidgy does:

- Tracks follow-ups in both directions: replies you owe and replies you are owed, per person, with response times on both sides.

- Extracts tasks and deadlines from the email text, including the commitments you made yourself, sorted by nearest deadline.

- Drafts in your voice. Describe what you want to say, or take the suggested follow-up. Pidgy drafts, you send.

- Prioritises your inbox, so the mail that needs you today comes first.

- Works in 15+ languages. Summaries appear in your language, replies are written in the recipient's.

- Keeps one view per contact, with that person's emails, attachments and open tasks together.

- Lets you plan extracted tasks on a calendar.

Three things set Pidgy apart from other AI email assistants. It shows silence as well as work, so follow-ups stop depending on your memory. It works with Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox, not only Gmail. And it never moves, hides or deletes an email. Your mailbox stays exactly as you left it. Pidgy adds a layer on top.

Pidgy is built for firms that handle client data. It is ISO 27001 certified and has passed Google's CASA Tier 2 security assessment. For organisations whose policy forbids connecting mailboxes to an external provider, Pidgy Enterprise runs the complete stack inside the customer's own network.
