PrivateTechShares

PrivateTechShares is an equity education and tools service for people who hold equity in private startups across the US and Europe. Most founders and employees end up with shares or options they can’t easily value or sell — the knowledge usually sits with investors, not the people who earned the equity. PrivateTechShares puts that knowledge in their hands. Free calculators estimate what a stake is realistically worth, the cost and tax of exercising options (including US AMT and QSBS), dilution, and the common-vs-preferred exit waterfall. Country-by-country guides cover the US and seven European markets. A free Equity Starter Kit explains the whole private-sale process; a paid Equity Toolkit ($39) and a personal Equity Position Report ($129) take it further. It is strictly information and tools — not a broker or marketplace. PrivateTechShares never holds shares, introduces buyers and sellers, or takes any transaction fee.
