Prezumi

What is Prezumi?

Prezumi is an online resume and portfolio creation platform powered by artificial intelligence. Job seekers and independent professionals often waste hours wrestling with complex graphic design software or rewriting their career history across disconnected services. Prezumi fixes this by letting users configure a single central profile to produce tailored resumes and web portfolios simultaneously.

Instead of locking basic features behind checkout screens, the platform provides uninhibited document editing and clean PDF downloads at no cost. It also incorporates ATS-focused evaluation, assisting users in spotting structure errors, missing keywords, and weak phrasing before submitting an application.

What sets the platform apart is its integrated approach to publishing. Users can craft distinct documents for different job descriptions, edit sections by speaking through Voice AI, and share public links that hiring managers can view directly in their browsers without installing software.

Who is it for?

Prezumi caters to candidates and creators who need clean presentation materials without design delays:

• Students seeking entry-level jobs or internships who need ATS-friendly layouts.
• Freelancers presenting client-ready portfolios and project histories from a unified link.
• Career changers targeting multiple industries who need separate versions of their CV.
• Job applicants tired of builder platforms that demand payment at the final export step.

Key features

• Unified Profile Core: Enter career milestones, education, and past work once to generate multiple portfolios and CV variations.
• Free PDF Export: Download full-resolution resume files locally without watermarks or paywall checkouts.
• Voice AI Editing: Speak revisions and adjustments directly to the editor using integrated Prezens credits.
• ATS Optimization Guidance: Detect missing keywords, weak phrasing, and layout mistakes to improve automated screening results.
• Customizable Layouts: Select from structured designs that adapt smoothly across desktop screens and mobile devices.
• Portfolio Chatbot: Allow prospective clients and recruiters to converse with an automated agent directly on your Premium public portfolio.
• Public Web Links: Distribute active URLs for your documents that hiring teams can evaluate directly in their web browsers.

How it works

1. Upload your existing CV or manually enter your work history, education, and credentials into your base profile.
2. Select a portfolio and resume template matching your industry and aesthetic preferences.
3. Refine your wording and section layouts using manual tools or AI suggestions powered by Prezens credits.
4. Export a clean PDF version of your resume or distribute a direct web link for your live portfolio.

Use cases

A recent college graduate uploads their original resume to generate an organized profile, selects an ATS-compliant template, fixes missing role keywords, and downloads an application-ready PDF in minutes.

A freelance web designer needs to pitch two distinct client sectors. They set up two custom portfolio projects from their main account and distribute tailored, permanent URLs showing relevant previous projects.

An active applicant tailors their resume bullet points for a senior role using the Voice AI assistant to quickly dictate adjustments between interview rounds.

FAQ

Are resume PDF downloads genuinely free on Prezumi?

Yes. The platform provides full PDF downloads with unlimited manual document edits on the Free plan without hidden checkout screens.

What are Prezens credits?

Prezens are Prezumi AI credits spent whenever you use automated text optimization, voice editing, full styling customization, or portfolio chatbots. Manual updates and PDF exports do not consume credits.

Can I manage both a portfolio and a resume on the free tier?

Yes. The Free plan allows a combined resume and portfolio project with access to 4 design options and a temporary shareable public link.

Do recruiters need an account to view my portfolio?

No. Public links open directly inside any standard desktop or mobile web browser without requiring third-party accounts or app downloads.
