For a long time I thought YouTube growth was mostly about effort. Post consistently, improve the editing, try harder thumbnails, keep going.
Then I started talking to smaller creators (100–10K subs) and kept hearing the same thing:
“I have the numbers… but I still don’t know what to change.”
They weren’t lazy. They were already doing the work. The problem was decision-making. YouTube gives you CTR, retention graphs, impressions, traffic sources… but it rarely turns that into a clear next step.
So the cycle becomes trial and error:
New thumbnail one week. Different title the next. Shorter intro after that. New topic after that. Lots of effort, not much direction.
That’s why I built ClyraAI.
ClyraAI is not another analytics dashboard. It’s a clarity tool built for creators who want a simple answer to three questions:
What’s hurting the video?
Why is it happening?
What should I fix next?
Instead of burying you in charts, it focuses on the “so what” behind the numbers, and gives practical recommendations you can apply to your next upload.
It’s still early, and I’m improving it constantly based on real feedback. If you’re a small creator and analytics usually leave you more confused than confident, I’d genuinely love to hear what feels helpful and what feels missing.
