For the last few months, I've been obsessed with one question:
Why do so many founders spend months building products that never get users?
Every day I see talented developers, designers, and entrepreneurs launching SaaS products. They spend weeks building features, polishing UI, and preparing launches. But after launch, many struggle to get traction because they built something people didn't actually need.
The problem isn't a lack of ideas.
The problem is finding proof before building.
When I started researching startup ideas, I found myself jumping between Reddit, Product Hunt, reviews, Facebook groups, X, forums, and competitor websites trying to understand what people actually wanted. The information was everywhere, but there was no single place that connected all the dots.
That's what inspired me to start building Saas Idea.
Pain Universe is designed to help founders discover real business opportunities by analyzing customer complaints, feature requests, discussions, reviews, and conversations happening across the internet.
Instead of starting with an idea and hoping it works, my goal is to help founders start with validated problems that already have demand.
The platform is focused on:
• Discovering pain points people repeatedly mention
• Identifying market gaps and opportunities
• Understanding target audiences
• Analyzing competitors
• Validating ideas before building
I'm still building and refining the product, and I'd genuinely love feedback from fellow founders.
How do you currently validate a SaaS idea before investing time and money into building it?
What is the biggest challenge you face during the validation process?
